If you go down to the woods today, you’re sure of a BIG surprise…..
They are hosting a ‘Big Jubilee Lunch’ based on the theme of a teddy bears’ picnic. This will be held on Sunday 3rd of June between 11am and 2pm on the field behind the Museum of Cannock Chase.
Go along with your family and bring a blanket and picnic and join in an afternoon of community fun.
The picnic itself is being held on the field behind the museum and there will be party music from Greenwood Studios, face painting, balloon modeling, arts and crafts and a bouncy castle. All children get a special Diamond Jubilee goody bag and, inside the museum, there’ll be a big bear trail.
There’ll also be a fancy dress competition, with a special prize for the winner, so everyone is encouraged to get dressed up!
