Photo blog: A trip of a lifetime to Los Angeles

I'VE just returned with my family from a five-day whirlwind trip to LA and can't wait to share with you all of the amazing things we got up to, writes Carol Garrington

As mentioned in my earlier post, the purpose of the trip was to catch a preview of the new Xbox 360 and Project Natal, now called Kinect and attend the swanky launch event.

We also got the chance to meet and spend time with other Xbox parent ambassadorsCarolinenotsupermumChez Aspie and the one and only funky professor and their families.  As well as attending the Xbox event, we also visited some of the amazing attractions that California has to offer including Disneyland Resort and Universal Studios.  All of this was made possible by the lovely Kerry Power from Digital Outlook.

There is so much to tell you about, I'd better get writing, but for now, here's a few photos to keep you going.

By the way, why were Men in Black at the Xbox launch?

  • Carol Garrington

Jane, I have no idea what they were. They did have little stands in the middle so we thought maybe there would be dancers on them when we came out, but no. The kids thought they were great fun though as they were filled with little jelly balls. Anything to keep them amused!
